Welcome to BloomBelles. These Terms of Service apply when you visit bloombelles.com, place an order, or otherwise use our website and services.

By placing an order with BloomBelles, you agree to these Terms as well as our applicable Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy Policies.

We’ve kept them as straightforward as possible so you know what to expect from us and what we ask from you.

1. Our Jewelry

BloomBelles offers small-batch, handmade, assembled and carefully selected jewelry, depending on the piece.

Because many of our pieces incorporate natural materials or are assembled by hand, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, size or placement may occur. Natural materials such as freshwater pearls and mother-of-pearl are especially unique, and no two pieces will be exactly alike.

These natural and handmade variations are not considered defects.

2. Product Information & Sizing

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, photographs and sizing information.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen settings.

Please review the product description and available sizing information before ordering. If you're unsure which size or option is right for you, you're always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

3. Product Images & Visual Representations

We make every effort to represent our jewelry as accurately as possible through our photographs, product descriptions and other website imagery.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, assembled by hand or feature natural materials, small variations in colour, shape, texture, placement or construction may occur. Product images should be considered a representation of the design rather than a guarantee that every handmade detail will be identical.

Some imagery used throughout the BloomBelles website may also be AI-assisted or created as a visual representation. This is a general sitewide disclosure and does not mean that every image, or the images on any particular product page, were created using AI.

Where visual representations are used, we make every effort to keep them consistent with the actual design. Product descriptions, materials, measurements and specifications describe the actual item being offered for purchase and should be referred to for specific product details.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, or sooner.

Handmade, custom-fit and made-to-order pieces may take approximately 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping. If we expect an order to take longer than 7 business days, we’ll contact you and let you know.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

If rush processing is available, the applicable option, timing and fee will be shown at checkout or communicated before purchase. Rush processing speeds up the preparation of your order but does not guarantee a carrier's delivery time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, misuse of promotions, or repeated abuse of our policies.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests made within the first 12 hours are guaranteed and will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Requests made between 12 and 24 hours are not guaranteed, as we may have already started preparing, making or modifying the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate the request where possible.

After 24 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled. Changes may still be possible depending on the status of the order. Please contact support@bloombelles.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other applicable costs will be shown during checkout where required.

For international orders arranged directly with us, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. BloomBelles does not control those charges.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

7. Discounts, Promotions & Store Credit

Discount codes, promotional offers and store credits may be subject to their own terms, including eligibility requirements, exclusions or expiry dates where permitted.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed.

If something isn't clear, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer regular checkout and shipping within Canada. International shipping is not officially available through our checkout, although we may be able to arrange shipping to certain destinations upon request.

Shipping options, available rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where applicable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard, free, discounted or included shipping is untracked. Tracked shipping may be available as an upgrade for an additional charge at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and are separate from our processing time. Delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

9. Returns, Refunds & Custom Orders

Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom, specially modified, personalized and Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law.

Selecting a standard size or option offered on a product page does not automatically make an item custom or Final Sale.

Please review the applicable product information and our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

10. Website & Product Availability

We do our best to keep product availability, descriptions, prices and other website information accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable or information may contain an error. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

We may also update or modify the website and its content from time to time.

11. Intellectual Property

The original content created for BloomBelles, including our original website copy, photographs, graphics, branding, blog content, marketing materials and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to BloomBelles and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

BloomBelles names, logos, branding and other identifiers may also be protected by applicable trademark or other intellectual property rights.

If you'd like to share or use something created by BloomBelles, please contact us. We're happy to answer.

12. Acceptable Use

Please don't use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse service or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to protect BloomBelles, our customers or our services, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BloomBelles is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or other laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal requirements.
